Our rooms

Three little worlds, one big family.

Children move up through Willow Row at their own pace, with familiar faces at every step, and the garden belongs to everyone.

A day at Willow Row

What a Willow Row day looks like.

Every day has a gentle shape to it: enough routine to feel safe, enough freedom to feel like childhood.

7:30

Doors open & breakfast

A soft start with porridge, fruit and toast for early arrivals.

8:45

Free-flow play

Children choose where the morning takes them: book corner, blocks, or the mud kitchen.

9:30

Group time

Songs, stories and (for Big Oaks) a little playful phonics with their key person.

10:15

Snack, then the garden

Out in all weathers. Wellies and waterproofs live here for a reason.

11:30

Lunch, cooked fresh

A proper hot meal from our own kitchen, eaten together around the table.

12:15

Sleep & quiet time

Naps for those who need them, calm corners and soft music for those who don't.

14:00

Afternoon adventures

Messy play, baking, junk modelling. The afternoon is for getting stuck in.

15:30

Tea time

A lighter cooked tea, so children go home fed and happy.

16:30

Stories & wind-down

Cosy corners, favourite books, and time to potter as the day softens.

18:00

Home time

A proper handover: what they ate, how they slept, and what made them laugh.

Kind words

What parents tell us.

Leaving Martha at eight months felt enormous. The Acorns team learned her nap song in her first week. That told me everything I needed to know.

Mum to Martha, Acorns

Freddie runs in without a backwards glance, which stung for about a day and now feels like the biggest compliment a nursery could earn.

Dad to Freddie, Saplings

Big Oaks made the school transition feel easy. Amara started reception confident, curious and already in love with books.

Come and say hello

The best way to know is to come and see.

Visits happen during a normal nursery morning, so you'll see Willow Row exactly as your child would: mid-song, mid-story, probably mid-mess.
